BanService

Hire a ban service that checks the case first

To hire BanService, message @TGMassReporterSupport on Telegram with the link to the account or post, the platform and what it is doing. Our reply gives a verdict on the case, names the official channel we would file through and states the fee and the expected duration. Passwords, 2FA codes and payment ahead of an agreed plan are never requested.

@TGMassReporterSupport

Why we only use Telegram

Whether you want to request an account takedown, a post removal or a ban review, every BanService case runs through a single Telegram chat with @TGMassReporterSupport. One chat keeps the whole record in one place: your first message, the evidence you send, the plan we agree on, the reference numbers from each report and the final outcome.

We do not take cases by phone, email or other messaging apps, and we never message anyone first. If an account using our name contacts you from a different handle, it is not us. Report it as impersonation on the platform where it reached you.

Telegram also lets you send screenshots as files, so small text on a profile or in a chat stays readable for the reviewer who eventually sees it.

What to include

A complete first message gets a complete first answer.

  • The link, username or channel name of the account or post
  • The platform, and one or two sentences on what it is doing
  • Screenshots sent as files, with dates and times visible
  • Your connection to the case: you are the person affected, you own the rights, or you represent one of them
  • Any report reference numbers or platform replies you already have

What we will never ask for

If anyone claiming to be us asks for one of these, stop the conversation.

  • Your password, or anyone else's
  • Two-factor or login codes sent by text or app
  • Access to your email, phone number or recovery settings
  • Payment before you have seen and agreed to the plan and the price
  • Money to buy a faster platform review, which no one can sell

The four answers you can get

Our first reply puts every case in one of these groups.

How a first reply is classified
Answer What it means What happens next
Accepted The rule is clear and the evidence holds up You get the route, price and timeframe, and work starts once you agree
Needs more The case may be sound, but something is missing We list exactly what to collect, such as dated screenshots or a report reference
Declined No rule or law is broken, or the request would mean a false report We explain why and close the case
Refer first Money was stolen, someone is in danger or a child is involved We point you to the police or the right agency before anything else

Before you send

How quickly do you reply?

We read the profile and the relevant policy before answering, so the first reply is a real assessment rather than an automatic message. Simple cases are assessed sooner than networks of linked accounts, and we tell you if yours needs more time.

Can I stay anonymous?

With us, share as much as the case needs. Some platform forms, such as impersonation or copyright reports, require the affected person's real name or ID, and we tell you before any form would reveal your identity to the other side.

Can someone else contact you for me?

Yes. A friend, relative, manager or lawyer can start the chat. Where a platform requires the affected person to file or sign, we explain how they can authorize the person helping them.

What if I was scammed out of money?

Contact your bank or payment provider first, then report it: US victims can file with the Federal Trade Commission through ReportFraud.ftc.gov and with the FBI through its IC3 portal. Removing the scam account protects others but does not recover funds, and anyone promising to recover your money for a fee is a warning sign.
